This will allow the customers to make an informed choice on how to proceed after reviewing applicable rates, product features, fees, etc.
In this course, you will learn how to prepare and present a product comparison to your customers of their most suitable lending options. By the end of this course, you will be able to:
- Understand the components needed to complete a product comparison
- Shortlist and present five different lender products to your customers in a product comparison document
