What is Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)?
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is an assessment process that recognises the skills and knowledge you’ve gained through work experience, allowing eligible learners to complete their qualification more efficiently.
Will I have to complete the whole qualification?
Not necessarily.
Any competencies that can’t be recognised through RPL can simply be completed through the course.
How long does the process take?
Many eligible learners complete their qualification in approximately 4+ weeks, depending on their experience and how quickly supporting evidence can be provided.
Is there a minimum amount of industry experience?
No.
RPL is assessed on your demonstrated skills and knowledge, not simply how long you’ve worked in the industry.
What qualification will I receive?
Once you’ve successfully completed the RPL process (and any required gap training), you’ll receive the same nationally recognised qualification as any other Brokerversity learner.
