Book a call with one of our dedicated trainers to discuss your industry experience. They’ll determine whether you’re suitable for an RPL pathway and explain the evidence you’ll need to provide. Once your evidence has been assessed, any units that cannot be recognised through RPL will be completed through the course.

Is the Diploma the right fit?

Whether you’re stepping into broking, tackling more complex lending scenarios or working towards owning your own brokerage, the Diploma is designed to help you take the next step with confidence. As the highest nationally recognised qualification for mortgage broking, it’s the qualification many aggregators, lenders and industry bodies expect brokers to complete.

Is there a minimum time in the industry to qualify for RPL?

Not necessarily. RPL is based on your existing skills, knowledge and industry experience, not simply the amount of time you’ve spent in the industry.

To be eligible for RPL, you’ll generally need experience in a customer-facing lending role within the banking or mortgage broking industry, where you’ve been actively involved in the lending process.

While every application is assessed individually, learners with around six months or more of relevant lending experience are often well suited to an RPL pathway, provided they can supply sufficient evidence of their skills and experience.

If you’re unsure whether you qualify, book a call with one of our trainers. They’ll discuss your experience and recommend the pathway that’s right for you.
