  The Young Business Owners Community (YBO) brings together young, ambitious LMG business owners who are keen to challenge the status quo and take their business to the next level.

  Founded in 2024, YBO is an exclusive community of entrepreneurs under the age of 35 who are hungry to stand out from the crowd and accelerate their growth.

  It’s a place where the brightest and best young business leaders can share ideas, seek out solutions and push the boundaries, surrounded by other like-minded people with a desire to collaborate, innovate and be inspired.

  YBO offers members the opportunity to connect with other seasoned operators in the LMG network at a number of bespoke events throughout the year, including local boardroom lunches, study tours and an annual YBO Retreat, all capped off with an end-of-year celebration and graduation.

  The young entrepreneurs who make up the YBO Community are the LMG Chairman’s Club business leaders of the future.
